Required for participation in the A7FLNV. Each athlete must read and agree to the terms provided to be eligible for play in the A7FLNV, and to be added to your teams group on the Spaces App.

To complete your registration, please complete the fields below. Your $20 registration fee will be applied to your Spring 2023 Registration. After registration is complete, you will be directed to join the A7FLNV on the Spaces App.
